1. Service Scope

Search Travel Agency provides private transfers, airport pickups, chauffeur-driven rides, and custom travel solutions across Turkey. All services are subject to availability and local regulations.

2. Bookings

All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp line, or authorized booking partners. The client is responsible for providing accurate details: pickup location, drop-off point, number of passengers, time, and contact info. Confirmation will be sent by email or WhatsApp once the reservation is approved and payment is received (if applicable).

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the local currency (Turkish Lira) unless stated otherwise. Prices include fuel, tolls, and VAT (if applicable). Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or secure payment gateway embedded in our website. Search Travel Agency reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice due to fuel rates, taxation, or market changes.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. For group bookings (more than 5 passengers), at least 48 hours’ notice is required for full refunds. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time. Seat belts must be worn at all times during the journey. Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Damage caused to the vehicle by a client may result in repair charges.

6. Company Responsibilities

We ensure clean, air-conditioned, insured vehicles and professional, licensed drivers. We are not liable for delays caused by: unforeseen traffic, weather conditions, government restrictions or strikes. In case of any major delay or vehicle malfunction, we will provide an alternative solution or a full refund.

7. Luggage and Belongings

Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on. Please inform us in advance for oversized or excess baggage. The company is not responsible for lost personal items left in vehicles.

8. Force Majeure

Search Travel Agency is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website and considered binding upon publication.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
